of Use — atk11 Bangladesh

Welcome to atk11. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and atk11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of all services, features, games, betting markets, and related content available at atk11.io and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or making any financial transaction through atk11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the atk11 platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the service. They apply to all product verticals offered by atk11, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and jackpot fishing.

To register and use the atk11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. atk11 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, bots, and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be classified as a self-excluded player on the atk11 platform or under any active suspension or ban.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

atk11 takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Until verification is complete, atk11 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to specific game categories. Providing false information during the age verification process is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the atk11 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating your atk11 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. atk11 is not liable for any service disruption or loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your atk11 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. atk11 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must contact atk11 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

atk11 may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction.

All financial transactions on atk11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). atk11 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your atk11 wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• atk11 does not charge a platform fee on standard BDT deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours on business days. Peak periods during major sporting events may result in slightly longer processing times.
• atk11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or that triggers an internal risk check.
• Any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or policy violations is not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. atk11 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If a payment is made in a currency other than BDT, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may result in currency conversion fees applied by the payment provider.

All bets placed on the atk11 platform are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game in question, as published in the relevant help section. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any sport- or game-specific rules, the sport- or game-specific rules shall prevail.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Odds displayed on the atk11 sportsbook are accurate at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market. atk11 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Settled bet results are final. Enquiries regarding settled bets must be submitted within 48 hours of settlement. atk11 will review and respond within five (5) business days.
• atk11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was clearly offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a technical fault).

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on the atk11 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by regulated international game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available in the individual game information panels. atk11 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, atk11 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned. atk11 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

atk11 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and seasonal offers (for example, during BPL season, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh). All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

• Bonuses are intended for use by genuine players only. Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or coordinating bets to exploit terms — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and potential account termination.
• atk11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, atk11's decision is final, provided it is made in good faith and consistent with the published promotion terms.

atk11 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available by contacting atk11 support and will be activated promptly upon request.

If you believe that gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or social harm, we encourage you to use these tools and to seek help from qualified support organisations. atk11 will not contact self-excluded players with promotional material during any active exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atk11 platform. Any player found to be engaging in a prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, and any associated balance may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one atk11 account (including accounts opened in the name of another person).
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports markets, or any form of collusion with other players.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN or proxy service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or abuse promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the atk11 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing atk11 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the atk11 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical design, software, game interfaces, text, images, data feeds, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of atk11 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the atk11 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from atk11.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to atk11 for display on the platform. Unauthorised reproduction of game content is prohibited and may constitute a separate infringement of the studio's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atk11 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to a lost bet, game outcome, or sports result.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable account security.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payouts that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit atk11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. atk11's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from a single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

atk11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Multiple account operation.
• Player request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon account termination, any pending bets that were placed legitimately before the termination event will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to atk11. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will not be returned.

A player who wishes to voluntarily close their atk11 account may do so by contacting support via live chat or WhatsApp. Closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

atk11 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, atk11 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the atk11 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and the terms of the licence under which atk11 operates. atk11 makes no specific representation as to the jurisdiction of its operating entity.

In the event of a dispute between you and atk11, we encourage you to first contact our support team, as the majority of issues can be resolved swiftly through direct communication. Please submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute.

atk11 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the platform's operating licence.
